All bookkeeping fees are up front and transparent, and are based on the number of transactions or items to be recorded. The scale shows monthly fees for monthly bookkeeping, as this is the arrangement that suits most small businesses.
Bookkeeping fees are currently charged at the rate of £15 per hour.

The bookkeeping fees include both the preparation of end of year financial accounts and preparation of quarterly VAT returns, if required.
Larger businesses with a higher throughput of transactions may require bookkeeping carried out on a weekly basis. In that case, fees can be negotiated by mutual agreement. Conversely, some businesses may have few enough transactions to warrant only quarterly bookkeeping. In that case, a separate arrangement can be made by mutual consent.
There are no additional fees payable for preparation of end of year financial accounts for clients already purchasing the bookkeeping service. For businesses that require only financial accounts, a fee of £18 per hour will be payable.
For VAT registered businesses, VAT returns need to be submitted to HM Revenue and Customs, quarterly. There is no additional charge for this for clients purchasing the bookkeeping service.
